‘Las Mariposas’ is a traditional two story white washed house with beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors situated in the village of Montejaque, a short drive from the historic town of Ronda .The house lies down a quiet lane near the village centre yet with outstanding views over almond groves and mountains. Tastefully designed and refurbished to a high standard by local craftsmen. Guests will have free access to a swimming pool nearby.

Accommodation
Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The en-suite for the master bedroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin and, in addition, its own terrace with spectacular views down the valley. A door and stairs lead down to the dining room and kitchen. The two remaining bedrooms each have twin beds with chests of drawers and built in wardrobes with the second bathroom alongside.

Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven with fridge and washing machine. It is almost a pleasure washing up with the panoramic views over the garden wall .A door leads directly onto the terrace area and herb garden

Dining room
Through an arch from the kitchen, the dining area has a rustic pine table comfortably seating six people.

Living room
The living room is large and has two settees set around a log burning stove with an overhead fan and television/DVD player set in one corner. French doors lead on to the patio area and walled garden. There is an information pack with maps in the house for your use.

Outside
Unusually for such a village house, there is walled garden containing lemon, apricot and bay trees along with a selection of fragrant herbs.
